About

Building the Sharia transaction infrastructure for global halal travel.

We believe travel agencies should not lose demand because supplier payments arrive before customer cash.

Who we are

Structure before capital.

By connecting verified travel assets to controlled payments executed by licensed partners, Sharia-governed structures and licensed capital partners, KHATT aims to make the sector more efficient, transparent and resilient.

Mission

Enable halal travel businesses to grow without compromising trust.

Vision

Become the infrastructure layer connecting agencies, suppliers, banks, takaful partners and licensed funders.

Why “KHATT”

Khatt means line in Arabic — a direct line connecting agency, supplier, traveller and capital, and an echo of the historic railway line toward the Haramain. One line of trust across the travel transaction.

Status

Where we stand today — honestly.

Home base

KHATT Capital operates from Doha, Qatar. Establishment of our operating entity in the Qatar Financial Centre is in progress, and engagement with Qatar’s fintech ecosystem is ongoing.

A narrow perimeter

By design, KHATT’s role is technology, origination support, verification and servicing. We hold no financial-services licence today, take no deposits, do not lend and hold no client money; regulated activities run through appropriately licensed partners.

Built before scaled

Sharia architecture v1.0 is complete and the MVP is in build. Risk, Sharia governance and money controls must be proven before volume — we do not launch on narrative alone.

The road ahead

Planned phases: prove the model in one tightly controlled corridor, then grow across the GCC and selected diaspora and Asian markets. Internal target: first fully governed pilot transaction in 2026 — a target, not a commitment. Read the vision and roadmap.
