Who can apply

  • Licensed travel agency or operator.
  • Verified owners and bank accounts.
  • Confirmed supplier obligations and supporting evidence.
  • Demonstrable customer demand or deposits.
  • Willingness to route supplier payments through the KHATT workflow.
  • Subject to risk, legal, regulatory and Sharia approval.

Pilot discipline. During the pilot, every transaction is manually reviewed and sampled under the Sharia governance process. Decision speed depends on the quality of evidence — we make no service-level promises at this stage.

What we will ask for

  • Legal entity and country — registered name, company number, jurisdiction.
  • Licence and accreditation — travel licence; Nusuk or relevant accreditation where applicable.
  • Years operating — completed operating history and markets.
  • Monthly / annual GMV — travel sales and customer collection profile.
  • Requested programme — amount, tenor and supplier purpose.
  • Supplier evidence — invoices, contracts, allotments and confirmations.
  • Customer demand — bookings, deposits and payment schedule.
